As you know, I have cancelled my Verizon service and waiting the refund. But I am still getting a monthly bill from Verizon, and now from collections.
I have never activated anything on my end infact I had canceled my order within few hours of placing the order. Instead of giving me the refund I have been receiving Bill collection notice. what is going on Verizon?
