How to turn off Bill Notification Text/SMS

Dear Sirs/ Mams

I go to My Profile/ Comunication Preference / Alert. For Bill Notification I checked "Email" and unhecking "Text/SMS" but the button was greyed.

The Text SMS start to annoying. Please help. Again, I did not consent of this Notification setup, and I do not wish to be notify by text. I dont have any outstanding payment balance in my life, if that help.

I would try disabling both options. I don't get any alerts. I believe if you call verizon 1-800-VERIZON and tell them to turn it off for you.
