Rebates what rebates

We are on our 3rd billing cycle and still have not starting receiving any of the rebates we were told would be happening. Hearing from multiple customers thatve experienced this as well. After being with a different carrier for the past 20 years we switched because of the "free" tablets and lower payments we'd have with great Verizon service. What a crock we're $2000 in and all we have to show for it are phones. Our service is worse than ever in a few areas and we can't get any help in a store to get our rebates coming. Extremely frustrated we switched!
