I signed up for FIOS and received the $250 wireless gift card. I'm a little upset because I remember being told at the time it was a prepaid Visa or Mastercard, but live and leran I guess (or maybe listen better!). The real problem is, when I finally came to use this card (admittedly, after a few months) I scratched off the PIN this morning and went online only to find out it has $0 balance! I have just spent an hour or so on the phone with Verizon wireless and Verizon residential getting shuffled around from person to person and cannot get any help, explanation or resolution. Very frustrating and hardly exemplary customer service!
