Received only half of my refund for a cancelled order?

I made an order on verizon.com on 8/29, but the order was canceled on 8/30 as it looks like the item went out of stock. I have received my refund for the portion I paid by credit card, however, I also used a $100 Verizon gift card on this order which has still not been refunded back to me. I can't get in contact with anyone from support who can resolve this issue. I've seen a lot of posts of people with a similar problem and was wondering how you got them to refund you/if you've had any luck?
