I have about 10 lines on my Verzion account and I have a reconnect fee of 330$ that will make my bill at 725 as I will be losing phone service as I won’t be able to pay such a large bill 2/21!
I have been a customer since 2018! 😞
It’s hard right now! Everything has went up! No Breaks!

10 lines? Is this for a business or something else? Have you already contacted the financial services department at 866.266.1445 to make payment arrangements? Are the people using the lines contributing to the costs of the service? If not, are they aware of your inability to pay for the service? Can you split or cancel out the lines you don't need on your account? You might have to make the account current before any of the lines can be split into their own account or to another carrier.
