Reconnection fees

Hello! I had a small payment left on my account ($105). I didn’t receive any notifications  warning me my service would be suspended prior to receiving a text that my service had been suspended. I’m asking for a courtesy to remove those fees of $80. I immediately paid my bill once I saw the text  & do not have a history of asking for exceptions. Normally my bill is paid before the next due date. Thank you. @VerizonCustomerservice
