I am trying to redeem Samsung Chromebook and Galaxy buds which were offered when signing up for Fios home internet offer. This offer is ready for redemption but getting below error when I try to redeem it:
"There was an error when adding this Samsung Galaxy Chromebook Go on us + Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 promotion to your Verizon account."
