Went to a Verizon store yesterday and got charged for some Redux water plan that was Never even brought up by rep!!!
From what I found on Google, this is something charged by 3rd party and not corporate stores. Maybe try calling that store and ask for a refund?
We hate to read that a plan change was done without your knowledge and we want to help fix this. A private note has been sent so that we can discuss in more detail.
