I signed up for FIOS 11/2018 using the Refer A Friend Program. I was supposed to recieve a gift card for $100 and my friend, whose code we used, was supposed to get the same. Neither of us have gotten the $100 reward. I have spoken to numerous Verizon reps and been transferred all over. Nobody can help. Many of the people have no idea what I am talking about. I have to explain to the them the program. The kicker is that I was on hold for 1 hr, for the "special Maryland customer service" and then got disconnected. Can somebody please connect me with the right person/dept to get this fixed? I am getting nowhere.
