I referred my friend to sign up for Fios back in Jan. They used the referral link and got the Fios for months now. My friend received the Gift Card from Verizon for more than a month already. But, I still don't see the referral credit on my end. I contacted Verizon couple of times and I was transferred to different departments few times as well. I just can never get to the right person to escalate the issue. The rep that I spoke to last time told me that it seems like the redemption email wasn't successfully sent out and he provided the Prepaid Department number for me to call. I called the number and it is an answering machine where you can't make a selection to speak to a customer service rep. How can this be fixed?
