Refer a Friend reward card

I just wasted almost two hours of my life being transferred to over 10 different employees. Surprisingly not one could straighten out the issue. All terms were met for the refer a friend reward card yet nobody could tell me why I'm not receiving it. Too good to be true? Verizon sure makes it nearly impossible to get any help out of them yet I can upgrade any service from the push of a button on my remote!
