Dear Verizon....my boyfriend tried ordering me a new phone. This was on August 19th. He apparently didn't get his paperwork in to verify his identity on time and our link expired. After several attempts to contact them to upload l his ID, to no avail, we found out that they canceled his order. Ok...fine...issue a refund. Ok....fine ..7-10 business days to get back our money. Had! Now it's October 12th and we still have not have not gotten back our money. I am beyond frustrated by the customer service reps. I've been placed on hold for FOR OVER 2 HOURS, HUNG UP ON WITH NO CALL BACK, promised a refund was to be issued only to find out it never was. To make matters worse I used my PayPal account and PayPal won't let me dispute it because it was only an authorization hold. PayPal offered to help verizon with information on how to properly remove the hold so my money will automatically be refunded into the original payment method account but they REFUSE TO LISTEN. I am at my wits end and my boyfriend refuses to even deal with it. It was my PayPal account and my debit card used so he's saying I need to deal with it. I need to get my $76 back? Like this is so crazy the lack of customer service and shear rudeness of everyone I've spoken to how they are such a huge company and treat people like this makes me sick. Someone please help.

I purchased a new phone and returned two weeks later. I paid with my Verizon credit card that I opened up FOR this phone. The CC is denying the dispute despite me refunding. I now have a ticket open with Verizon as well. Because I guess $1400 just goes magically missing!
