Refund not received back to Verizon Gift Card

I ordered AirPods 4 through Verizon’s Sales Chat on September 25th, 2024, and paid for Next Day delivery. I was told they’d arrive by 8 PM the next day, but nothing showed up. I later found out that a fraud hold had been placed on the order without my knowledge, which delayed it until September 28th, with a new delivery date set for September 30th.

When I checked with Verizon on the 30th, they said the order had been delivered and signed for, but I never received it. Since the delivery only required an indirect signature, anyone nearby could have signed, and it seems like that’s what happened.

ITTS Tickets were already filed as well as a ticket for the Treasury Team. I then contacted Verizon’s Billing and Loyalty Departments, and they assured me I’d get my refund within 7-10 days. Later, they said it would be processed in 7-12 hours, but it still hasn’t come through.

I’m posting here because I’m really hoping for some help or guidance on how to finally resolve this and get my refund. Has anyone else run into similar issues with orders or refunds from Verizon?
