I purchased at Frisco CO Unites States 80443, with Heather, she charged me Set Up and Go Service Smartphone $39.99 and the SIM card $10 I ended up paying $50.83 and the number/SIM card was not working and was already charged in my card then I called Verizon *611 and they charged me for that and paid for the plan and they set up my number hence the “set up and go service” was useless and I would like my refund for that, I’m not asking for more or less just what it is, because she did not help me at all
