I’m needing to escalate my ticket as my account has automatic payment too soon. This has caused me to go negative with my bank account. Verizon has apologized for the “inconvenience” but the “system” won’t let them issue the refund because it was for a past bill. YES! I SCHEDULED MY PAYMENT TO BE WITHDRAWN  ON 10/28 AND NOT 10/23 BECAUSE THAT’S THE DAY THAT I COULD ACTUALLY PAY IT! I HAVE SCREEN SHOTS OF IT ALL AND EMAILS THAT IT WAS APPROVED BY VERIZON TO PAY ON THAT DATE!!!!

I HAVE BEEN WITH VERIZON FOR 30 YEARS!!! SHAME ON VERIZON.

#DON’T SET AUTOMATIC WITHDRAWLS  WITH VERIZON!
