Refurbished phone return

What you have put me through in the last 3 months is absolutely unacceptable.  Each day seems to have a new problem of its own.  The newest one...I just returned a refurbished phone that you incorrectly sent to me. It was returned in the same box, in perfect condition. Just received a notice saying that it arrived to you damaged.  It was in perfect condition when I dropped it with UPS. I am getting incredibly frustrated & irritated with the continual problems I'm having with Verizon. I will not pay a single penny for this phone!! I am thoroughly exhausted with your company. Your sales people have lied to me, your technicians plead ignorance to a problem that the higher apps were completely aware of, you've promised to send me new phones only to send me refurbished phones, I've spent countless hours on the phone with you, losing valuable pay from my job, I've driven to Staples UPS drop off center multiple times, taking hours out of my days, and gas out of my tank, and now this.  If you had sent me the correct phone to begin with we would not be in the situation.  This is your problem, not mine. So I demand that you reverse this charge immediately. I am already awaiting word from the higher ups at customer service as to a refund on my original phone, so that I can leave your company. I've been with you 17 years personally, and 5 years prior to that through my employer. I have no idea what's happened to verizon, but your service has went from a 5 to a 0 in my book.  You have lost precious, irreplaceable voicemails from my mother who passed away this year, because of your Samsung voicemail app issue, you've shipped me three incorrect phones, you talked me into returning a perfectly good phone when you knew it wasn't the problem, and now you're suggesting I broke a phone and are threatening to charge me a fee?  What has happened to your company? How have you become so atrocious in your customer service? I think you've added years on my life with all that you have put me through in the last 3 months. As I said, I demand you credit me back this money, as I never broke this phone. It was in perfect condition when I dropped it at the staples store for the UPS pickup. If you want to fine anybody, fine UPS or Staples, but do not fine me, as this phone was in perfect condition when I left it with the store. I look forward to hearing from customer service in regards to whether they are going to credit me back the money for the original phone purchase, so that I can return that phone to you as well. I'm hoping you will agree to do this, so that I can leave your company permanently, even after being with you for 20 years. I have completely lost trust in you!
