Looks like I am facing the same problem as so many others over the years - the promised $100 Visa prepaid card is impossible to register for unless you post here and have Verizon escalate your case.
So, Verizon: please escalate my case. You already know what this is about. The site https://vzrewards.verizon.com is still unresponsive.
