I discontinued verizon fios in December. Made payment arrangements for balance and paid off final balance. Account never went to collections but jus got a notice from my credit monitoring service that my score dropped 50 points due to negative report from verizon showing unpaid account bal of 148. I have final verizon statement showing account paid in full and am disputing with reporting agencies but I need to know how I can get Verizon to remove this from credit report. We go to closing in three weeks on a new home and cannot have this on our report.

Can I also get some contact information for Verizon? I have basically the same issue and have had no luck getting in contact with anyone to resolve!
