For ~2 months now a $50.00 charge from #VZ MOBILE PROTECT MULTI-DVC has appeared on my wireless bill.
I've called to have the #VZ MOBILE PROTECT MULTI-DVC removed and they say they do it but then it still appears on my accounts. When talking to Verizon they said its a 3rd party charge and they can't remove it. I never authorized this charge and it doesn't appear under the Manage Add-Ons.
Please help, how do I remove this?
