Spoke with Taylor a supervisor on the phone, explaning I had a Hot sport for 24 years, recently it was not working for months so i had to get a new one and explained I needed my bill to stay the same. It went up 30$ and I do NOT use the hot spot anymore, I wanted to remove it from my plan to lower my bill but she said I am stuck with it until its paid off or pay it off which would be 300$. Thats insane for something I do not use and something they can track showing its not being used, I guess loyalty is not a thing anymore and Verizon Wireless as a company has traped you in these contracts. Once this is done I will need to change services. Very disappointed in the way Verizon Wireless handles these situations. Just putting this out there for everyone to see and know how Verizin wireless is.
