I've asked several times for some kind of assistance in changing my plan to make it more competitive with other providers.

Several times I have been pointed to the online tool to pick my own bundle.

So much for customer service, eh?

I won't be signing another 2 year agreement.  I will drop FIOS altogether and begin shopping for another provider. 

If FIOS wants to keep me, they will need to present some better priced options.

Sorry for the troubles trying to lower your bill. We would like to see if we can assist. So we can get more information from you, I have copied your post to our private support board. Please refer all correspondences to there from here on out. You can easily get to the private support one of two ways. In the email you signed up for the forums with, you will receive a link to click on. Make sure you are already signed into the forums before clicking on this link. Another way of getting there is by clicking on your username anywhere you see it in the forums. This brings you to your account profile. Scroll down to the section labeled "My Support Cases" . In there you will see the link to your case.

No, I haven't been helped.

My billing is still as high as it has ever been.  I shouldn't be paying an average of $80 per product on my triple play package, but I am.  I *might* keep the internet, but unless you can help me cut the billing in half, you will lose my television and telephone dollars.

A second Private Support Case has been opened.  Please go to your profile page for the forum by clicking on your name, and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Private Support Cases".  There you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
