Return Processing
Enthusiast - Level 1



I recently had a mixup with my upgrade, which resulted in me having to return three apple products.  According to email, these items have arrived in Texas and refunds are being processed.  I am no longer able to track them or access their tracking information.  How long now will it be before these are removed from my bill?  My next months bill is over $700 and I am NOT paying for three devices that I don't have and returned per the policy.

Aightball, we are sorry to read that you had to return your new equipment. If the equipment is showing that it has been delivered to our warehouse in Texas for the return, it can take up to 7-10 business days for returns to process and refunds to be received. Once the return process has completed, you would receive an email letting you know of the update. Please let us know if you have any additional concerns regarding the return of the devices.
