I have never had a good experience dealing with any Verizon issues so I should have expected this.  I just upgraded to Quantum TV.  I received my new equipment and installed it.  Everything appeared to be working properly so I used the same box, packaged up my old equipment and dropped it off at the UPS center.  It arrived on Tuesday.  Friday morning I get an email stating that one converter was received and three are outstanding.  They were ALL IN THE SAME BOX!  If one got there then they all got there.  This is absurd, but unfortunately expected.  If it does not get resoloved immediately I am filing formal complaints with the state Public Utilities Commission and the consumer fraud division of the State Attorney's Office.
