I have an uppaid debt in the amount of $1282. for set-top boxs I had in my previous residence. I returned the boxes and I have the reciept from the transaction . It shows in my credit report and it has affected my credit score! I need for Verizon to tell the collection agency they received their equipment and to remove it off my credit report. Thanks
