I returned my FIOS equipment and despite numerous calls and promises could not get Verizon to credit my account. Only happened after I contacted the PUC. Now my account balance shows a $42 credit so obviously I never owed you anything. However, to add insult to injury Verizon reported the account as a paid collection and dropped my credit score by 100 points.
I need this resolved immediately and this practice needs to stop.
