I dropped off the Verizon gateway at my local UPS Store using their prepaid label and box and it was delivered to the Whiteland, IN facility on 04/23/2025. Since then I have received multiple emails warning me that I would be charged for not returning the device, so I even followed up and called Verizon on 05/04/2025. The customer service agent, Jose, assured me that he had checked the tracking number and could see that it had been delivered and told me not to worry because I would not be charged. Well, today, 05/19/2025, I received an email with a subject line that says "You've been charged for unreturned equipment. Can someone from Verizon please help me? The UPS tracking number is 1ZB3469R0605338143 .
