Returned device customer service

I have been dealing with a situation regarding a returned device.  This device has been tracked back but it has been over 3 months and they cannot get their side to credit my account.  

This has caused my account to fall past due, incur fees.

They tell me they will take care if this every time.  I have called several times.  Several hours on the phone.  

Why are these people so incompetent?  I have been a client over 8 yrs.  

I am about to leave and I don’t care if they put me on collections.  This is out of control and NO ONE KNOW WHAT THET ARE DOING.

Any guidance?
