I returned the home internet box months ago. UPS has lost it. I’ve had 3 phone conversations, a lengthy chat, and an in person conversation with Verizon trying to avoid the $300 charge for equipment not returned. Sure enough, the charge is on my current bill. I did what Verizon instructed me to do. I returned it to UPS. I have all the documentation. What should I do?!?!

If you still have the tracking number for the lost package, have you tried filing a claim with UPS to see if they would reimburse you for the non-returned equipment charge?
