I returned my iPhone within 30 days after I purchased it from Verizon. The Verizon store gave me a return label to Fort worth, TX location. The phone was received on Dec 27 as per FedEx tracking. But I still see my billing not updated and there is an outstanding charge. Since I am not a Verizon customer anymore I am not getting enough help at store. When I can expect the outstanding bill to Zero instead of price of iPhone? Who can help me to update? The account is showing past due.

Hey Itguy2004, I appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as you deserve the same level of support that any current or former customer should expect to receive. I do know that it can take about a week for devices to be checked in once they are received at our warehouse. We'd be happy to take a look into this for you.
Please be on the lookout for a PM from us, as we will need to gain access to your account to help.

I had a chat from the private message. But they are again suggesting going to store to authenticate. I logged in to verizon community using my verizon account. I am not sure why I am being asked to prove my identity by going to store. All I need is the billing department to contact the warehouse about the iphone that was returned and make the billing adjustments. I was asked by chat associate to go to store, so the store associate can create a ticket for warehouse. I need someone from billing department to respond to this message.
