Reward my loyalty

I have been a loyal customer for 15 years.  My contract has expired and I want a new one at a new customer rate since they get all the good deals.  Otherwise, Comcast will surely be glad to have my business.

Unfortunately there is no such thing as loyalty in business.

we as customers look for the lowest price or we move to other services offering cheaper pricing.

the problem is that most customers will not abandon their present service provider because they feel it will be difficult to switch providers. Never think that way. You can get your home wired for both services. This way the switching game to get new subscriber pricing is easier.

i cannot stress this enough that companies who play this up the price over and over will lose more and more customers. It would be better to try and keep the customer base than have them leave.

I already signed up with service elsewhere.

I used to work in a marketing department and we were always told that it cost more to acquire a customer than to keep one, so it was important to keep your existing customers happy. Somehow this doesn't seem to be the case for internet/tv service providers...
