45 minutes on phone today (this is at least the third time) to get rid of cable and keep internet and phone only.  After 45 minutes. (lots of sales pitch). i finally get the order.   I have requested a tech to come install and Angela got permission from her supervisor to wave the fee.   I get confirmation and have to review and approve while on the phone.  Date set up for tech to come.  Get off phone and ten minutes later get like 3 emails one of which says you have agreed to set up your service and have to pick your equipment up, one says my service is being removed on 5/15..  Even though 5 minutes before i have the confirmation.  Now I tried to chat.. with 'live' person. 40 minutes of asking simple question. i was transferred THREE times and each time assured they were the one to help me.  It takes like five minutes for every response.
