Hello,
I received my first bill which includes a "rental fee" for Fios quantum gateway, even though I am not renting the router. I am using a router that I purchased.
How can I get my bill corrected and remove this rental fee from future bills?

Yes, I wanted to ask other users if they have had any luck getting this charge removed. I have tried contacting verizon but I was on hold for too long, and it sounds like other people keep getting this rental charge as well even if they call the customer support. I will try calling again but if there is a faster way to resolve it that would be preferable.
