Hello, can someone please tell me what my options are? 4 years ago I returned my G3100 router back to Verizon. I have been using my own router but they kept charging me a rental fee for 4 years. I just realize this and called Verizon Fios but they only want to give me credit for 6 months. Should I take them to small claims court. I have send all my documents to proof that I returned the equipment and the Mgr. on the phone stated that all he can do is a 6 mos credit.
