I chatted with Customer Service person kathleen from the billing team asking for a refund for the router I recently purchased. She told me she could not do that. When I asked her the reason, She rudly closed the session. I am very frustrated with the chat with kathleen. I've wasted my time and received no help in my situation!

I am curious, though, why do you think you should get a refund?
