Rude unprofessional service usage department

I been bounced around more then a basketball in a game. Long story short I paid a 250.00 deposit for new service to find out I couldn’t get service due to and old bill left at my new address. So I sent in all identification as ask and I was verified and still denied service he was so rude all I wanted to do is cry. Why must my household stuffer because of someone else
