I have been a customer for over 8 years and had my first bad experience with one of your managers on 4/12/18 over a billing issue. He was very rude to me and talked down to me. I ask for a employee number so I could report him and he said that he didn’t have to give me nothing ? How am supposed to report such bad behavior from a so called manager named Chris ? If name is what he said ?
Normally I would simply hang up and try for a different representative who knows how to deal with customers. There are always a few bad apples in every barrel and Verizon customer service is no different.
