I go every month to pay my bill online. I carefully select the amount, the bank account and the DUE date (rather than today's date). BUT when I get to the confirmation page, if I don't set the due date as the pay on date AGAIN, it automatically resets it to today's date. I am furious. This happens all the time - and now I can't cancel my payment because you have extracted the money from my account IMMEDIATELY. Fix this.
