Sales Practices

I spoke with a sales representative. He made a lot of promises that did not turn out to be true when the bill was all said and done. On two of the lines - he talked us into buying new phones, saying the line would cost the same amount that he quoted plus the additional monthly fee for the phone (which wasn't much with our trade-ins). What he failed to mention was the amount he quoted had a significant bring your own phone discount (which we no longer received). I clarified this multiple times. Reportedly, these calls are recorded. I would appreciate if someone could review these recorded calls and honor the prices that were given. However, it is easier for Verizon to make false claims and keep money than to review these predatory practices. - I am paying $15/more a month than I was quoted for two separate lines which is $360/more per year than I expected. Additionally, I have spent hours on the phone with Verizon reps - many whom seem unconcerned with these predatory practices. Any suggestions for other steps I can take? At the very least, I would love to ensure other customers don't have this same experience.
