My latest bill showed an increase in PA State and Local Sales Tax, but no other charges increased. As far as I know, sales tax rates have not gone up. Why is Verizon collecting more tax?

I contacted Verizon by phone and was promised a breakdown of the sales tax charges. I have been waiting 10 days for the email. I was hoping another customer had a better experience getting information from Verizon than I had.
