Samsung S25 Ultra Order

I made my purchase online yesterday (Samsung S25 Ultra) - I chose the option where I just had to stop by and pick it up….::

 

I was there for 3 1/2 HOURS!!!! 

and I still do not have my phone 

the unprofessionalism and lack of urgency has my head spinning-  I just got off the phone with their “specialist ” and I’m at work, had to make another down payment and I’m still without the phone!!! 

he says for my time, I can pick a case and screen cover for free and he’s “annotating the system” so they will know that:

Why did I give them more money??

 

my new bill says I’ll be paying double the amount because the 1st order hasn’t dropped off yet 

 

i should have went elsewhere

 

tell me it gets better - please
