Dear whom it may concern,
Totay I registered fios internet service and finished the whole process.
While I registered, I failed to pay the security deposit two times, and then finally succeed to pay the deposit using my third card.
However, I found that the virizon already charged to the security deposit to the other debit and credit card! So I would really like to cancel the payment of the two cards, but I can't contact the live chat system as well as the phone call service. So in this case, is there any other way to cancel other payments?

Easiest way is contact the banks the cards are issued from. Tell them what occurred and that you want to do a chargeback.
verizon will not be as fast. Or may not help at all.

I thinks so, too! I had already tried to contact the customer survices, I can't reach to them.
So today I went to the bank and finished to report the claim of two charges.

Glad to assist. There are work arounds for any consumer issues with large corporations. You just have to research them 😀
