Have had issues ever since February with constant billing issues! NO ONE seems to know how to correct it so after 7 years, I will LEAVE Verizon! Not worth the headaches and calling constantly to get NOTHING resolved! TERRIBLE SERVICE and I'm reporting to Better Business Bureau as well!

Same thing just happened to me. I notified my credit card company to dispute the charge. Ordered my new phone 27 days ago with next-day delivery. I've contacted verizon 10+ times to no avail. Even went to a Verizon store and was told there is nothing they can do. I've been with Verizon for 7 years and they treat me like human garbage. I will be cancelling all of my lines ASAP.

The last thing I would want to see is for this experience to soil a 7-year relationship, VeriComm. I see that we had some trouble with a Pro On The Go order for a new Galaxy S25. I am sorry to learn that after 10+ contacts that something remains unresolved, as that would be unacceptable for me as well. I have been dealing with the same thing! Verizon DOES NOT care about their customers! They say they understand and they are going to resolve the issue today but it NEVER HAPPENS!! I have called over 50 times in the last 2 years and not a single issue is fixed. They don’t document the conversation most of the time either. I have a notebook documenting every call, time of call, person I have spoke with, the issue, and what I am told is being done to resolve it. I called the fraud department and was on the phone with a Jonathan for over 2 hours and he “fixed” every issue” and “credited my account”. I look on my account two days later and nothing was fixed or credited. I called back and was told there was nothing documented in my account. The representative was so rude to me. I filed a complaint and was told a manager would contact me, but no one ever did. I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH VERIZON!! They lie and falsify “deals”. I will also be contacting the BBB.
