I changed from T-Mobile to Verizon for two years now and all of my services have been awful my Wi-Fi my cell phone service and the rates just keep going up. They don’t let you know about the rates going up. They just assume that you’re gonna pay for whatever they want that it’s gonna go up on your lines And my monthly payment It’s always wrong and I trade a new 22 pro Samsung for 24 and they gave me $800 on the credit and the credit that they gave me is deducted month to month. I still owe like $700 makes no sense. Thinking of switching to a new carrier
