Service canceled but i have a payment arrangement

My account t has past due balance so I made a payment arrangement. I received confirmation of the payment arrangements and just now my service has been turned off. I can't even speak to anyone regarding this because the financial assistant ai or whatever keeps hanging up on me. This is absolutely ridiculous and I won't be staying with verizon if they can't even speak to their customers.
