Yesterday I paid the past due amount on my account. I figured everything was good until I try to make a call today. I get the automated message saying my service has been turned off. Get to the part where it tells me how much I need to pay to get my service reconnected and it says $0. On my app it’s say the other amount isn’t due until the 4-24-24. Of course trying to actually talk to someone is impossible. Any help or ideas?
