Service disconnected after payment arrangement

I contacted verizon after paying my bill with the wrong bank account. I told them I wanted to reverse the charge and that I paid the amount due with a debit card. I was assured that my account would not be disconnected. This morning all 4 of my lines were disconnected after I was GUARANTEED that it would not be. I called and asked questions to make sure this would not happen. I was lied to and given the wrong information. How can this be resolved since I am not able to talk to a rep after my service is disconnected.
