Hello! Well this is very frustrating for people that are trying to have your service! At this point where I don’t want to pay and go to other services. I made a payment arrangement and the rep on the chat stated that my services won’t be interrupted. I’m sure you guys can look at the history of the chats no? And mine still got disconnected after he promised that it won’t be and I can’t communicate with a live agent? At this point is all broken promises and you guys don’t care for customers just money! Very frustrating! When I reached out for help in payment arrangement and you guys agreed but still disconnect? Nope! Payment arrangement canceled then. And I called corporate but all calls get rerouted to make payments. Isn’t that unfair?

I would Love to offer you and alternative to getting back in Verizon as I have left them now and move to another carrier, but most recently opened up a new line as I help kids in recovery and they’ve given me a deal on new phones and new lines had a pretty good price. We’ll see how that goes. Getting back to your initial problem and having your phone turned off after making a payment arrangement. This happened to me several times when I was a customer with them for close to 20 years. But I started doing at the end of each year. I printed out every single one of my statements with Verizon and took a highlighter and highlighted every five dollar late fee every payment that wasn’t recorded every charge that was on there that wasn’t mine and I sat down and looked at their billing practices counting, so that may have helped, but highlighted everything and found that at the end of each year, they always owed me close to $200-$300 now if you have the time to do that go for I got my money and at least three months worth of Verizon credit to pay my bill. Just a suggestion. It worked for me for the last three years, but I was with them. Good luck,
