Service suspended, can't pay online or via phone, cant get in contact with customer service

My service was suspended due to not paying my bill. 

Everytime I try to pay my bill through the phone line, it doesnt go through and drops the call. 

When I attempt to contact customer service at ANY verizon support number, I am redirected to the bill paying which again, the call does not go through and drops. 

 

I cannot access my online account, and when I attempt to reset my password I am prompted with security questions that I never answered and do not pertain to me.

 

How do I contact an agent? Again, all of the numbers provided just route me back to bill pay and then drop.
