Verizon should be ashamed of themselves! I recently moved into a new home and decided to stay with Verizon as a new customer. Upon telling the agent I wanted internet only for the offer of 39.99 they proceeded to tell me I could get a better deal by bundling fine I said if it is not acceptable I can go back to just internet agent "yes" But what they don't tell you is once you accept the deal and request to change you are no longer a new customer even after 5 days! Internet now is 170.00+ dollars! So I have decided to become a new customer of COX! Verizon I have been with you for many many years and you have lost my service and possibly my friends because you can't honor your loyal customers and stand by your offers! Shame on you!
